1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using soulcore.dev and the services of SOUL CORE DEVELOPERS GROUP, you accept these terms of service in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users and clients of the website and services.
2Description of Services
SOUL CORE DEVELOPERS GROUP offers services in: - Custom software development (web, mobile, APIs) - Artificial intelligence and automation - Cybersecurity and pentesting - Integrations and APIs - Digital design and UX - E-commerce and digital marketing - Technology consulting and mentoring - Data science and analytics - Cloud and DevOps - Legacy system modernization - Industrial automation and IoT We also offer proprietary products and frameworks (VMOF, SOUL CORE MCP, SOUL_CORE) subject to specific license terms.
3Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, source code, frameworks and materials, is the property of SOUL CORE DEVELOPERS GROUP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The proprietary frameworks VMOF, SOUL CORE MCP and SOUL_CORE are trademarks and products of SOUL CORE DEVELOPERS GROUP. Their use requires an express license. Code developed specifically for a client is governed by the terms of each project's individual contract.
4User Obligations
By using our services you agree to: - Provide truthful and up-to-date information - Not use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes - Not attempt to access restricted areas of the site or its systems - Not reverse engineer our products or services - Not submit malicious, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights - Respect the intellectual property of SOUL CORE and its clients
5Payments and Billing
Development services are quoted individually based on project complexity. Payment terms are established in each project's contract and may include: - Advance payment (partial or full) - Milestone-based payments - Hourly or per-sprint rates Quotes are valid for 30 days. Store product prices are those published at the time of purchase. All prices are expressed in USD unless otherwise indicated.
6Limitation of Liability
SOUL CORE DEVELOPERS GROUP shall not be liable for: - Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services - Loss of data, profits or business interruption - Errors or inaccuracies in website content - Actions of third parties or failures in third-party services Our maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months prior to the incident.
7Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding the website. For contracted projects, specific warranties are established in each project's individual contract. We generally offer a post-delivery bug-fix warranty period as agreed.
8Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if: - These terms of service are violated - Fraudulent or malicious activity is detected - Agreed payment obligations are not met Termination of contracted projects is governed by the terms of the corresponding individual contract.
9Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the National District, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. For international clients, international arbitration may be agreed under the rules of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production.
10Modifications
SOUL CORE DEVELOPERS GROUP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon being posted on this page. For active projects, agreed contractual terms prevail over any subsequent changes to these general terms.
